The Emerald Group LLC was founded on a simple observation: Florida homeowners facing water, fire, or storm damage too often end up juggling three or four different contractors. A water mitigation company, a mold remediator, a general contractor for the rebuild, and sometimes a separate roofer. Each one pointing at the others when something goes wrong.
We decided to hold all of it under one Florida GC license. Same trucks. Same foremen. Same project manager. Same invoice for the carrier. The customer signs one contract, gets one call tree, and watches one timeline move through one crew.
Twenty-five years in, that's still the core of what we do — with better trucks, bigger warehouses, and technicians trained to IICRC standards across water, mold, and fire. But the simple promise hasn't changed.
